Job summary

Kia of North Tucson, operated by Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Service Technicians. Earn up to $45.00 per flat rate hour with a $5,000 bonus paid over 12 months depending on experience.

Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support dealership operations. We seek Used Car and Main Line Service Technicians who value quality repairs, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth through paid training and manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications — we’ll support you in earning more.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs.
• A team player.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training.
