Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Service Technician - A Level in Temecula. The role offers a starting pay of $42/hour with a flat-rate pay plan and requires open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours support an evolving dealership operation in a high-volume Kia dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience working as an automotive technician.
• 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience.
• Previous experience with Kia or Hyundai brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
• Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Honda standards

• You' ll report to the Service Manager for weekly and monthly shop updates.

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am-6pm; Saturday: 8am-5pm

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $42 - $48. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
