DistributionNOW is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support, install, repair and maintain equipment, and document service reports. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with the technical team, and ensure safety protocols on customer sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow directions and adapt to flexible shifts. Familiarity with mobile tools and a customer-focused mindset will help you succeed.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalent in work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proficient in oral and written communications
• Assembly experience preferred
• Basic reading skills. Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
