Job summary

Applicants should have MMI graduate credentials or 3+ years in a Harley-Davidson dealership setting, own tools, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Training opportunities and a supportive growth environment are offered.

Qualifications

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance per repair order, following dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and complete repairs.
• Coordinate with Parts to obtain necessary components.
• Update service manager and advisor on timelines and completion dates.
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to service advisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair
• Communicate with Parts department to obtain any necessary parts
• Communicate to service manager and service advisor any updates on timeline as well as completion date
• Communicate upsell opportunities to service advisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of Dealership preferred
• Knowledge in all aspects of motorcycle repair
• Own your own tools to perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
• Maintain technical qualifications by completing web-based, in-dealership training and instructor lead training.
