Job summary

TLP Renovations is seeking entry-level service techs to learn plumbing, HVAC, and related trades while working on real residential properties in Greater Cincinnati and NKY.

You will be trained on-site, supported by experienced techs, and guided toward licensure and certification as you develop your trade competency. A driver’s license and physical capability are required, with a clear career path and benefits as you grow.

Job description

TLP Renovations manages 507 residential units across about 170 properties in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We are building our next generation of service techs. We would rather train someone who shows up and cares than hire someone who already has bad habits.

When something breaks in someone's home, we care how it gets fixed and how the person living there gets treated while we fix it. That is the standard you would be learning.

Pay: $20/hr W2 to start, with a defined path to $25/hr as you build trade competency. Overtime paid at time and a half.

This Is For You If You

• Are finishing or recently finished a Great Oaks program in plumbing (our biggest need) or HVAC. Electrical, carpentry, and related trades also considered.
• Have some hands-on experience in the field, ideally, though we will train the right person.
• Want real repair work on real properties, not a warehouse and not a big-box floor.
• Have a valid driver's license, can lift 50 lbs., and can pass a background check.
