Job summary

Bish’s RV Coldwater, MI is seeking an Entry-Level RV Technician to join our busy service team. You’ll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing RV systems under guidance of senior techs.

This hands-on role offers on-the-job training, safety-focused work, and opportunities to advance through Bish’s TEC program. You’ll develop skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry while delivering quality service to customers.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
• Have a set of personal tools.
• The ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift 25–50 lbs with an assistive device.
• Work in environments that include heat, cold, dust, and loud noises.
• Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays (Sundays closed).
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.
• Demonstrate alignment with Bish’s RV mission and core values.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with the installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

We’relooking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team.
