Job summary

Bish’s RV is a family-owned RV dealer seeking an entry-level RV Technician to join our service team. You’ll help diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

This role emphasizes on-the-job training, safety, teamwork, and meeting service timelines. You’ll learn through our TEC program while supporting customer satisfaction and growth within a family-owned, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn RV systems and repair processes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Have a set of personal tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units for customer sales.
• Learn and execute Get Ready and customer orientation.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Help with installation of accessories and aftermarket parts.
• Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures while using power tools and hazardous materials.
• Communicate progress or issues with repairs to team members and supervisors.
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.

Job description

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. You'll work under the guidance of experienced technicians and service managers to develop your skills and gain confidence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Objectives

• Contribute to a high-performing service team by being dependable and meeting service timelines
• Develop technical knowledge in RV systems, tools, diagnostics, and repairs through on-the-job training
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring quality work, timely service, and a helpful attitude

Responsibilities
