Job summary

Camp Chevrolet in Spokane, WA is seeking a GM Technician to join the service team. You will perform routine maintenance and light repair on Chevrolet and GM vehicles, including oil changes, brakes, and basic diagnostics, under supervision.

The role offers hands-on experience, access to GM training, and clear pathways to higher technician levels within Lithia & Driveway. Flexible scheduling supports dealership needs and customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with automotive systems and repair procedures.
• GM dealership experience is ideal but not required.
• Ability to use diagnostic and repair equipment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repair work on Chevrolet and GM vehicles.
• Complete oil changes, tire services, vehicle inspections, brakes, and basic diagnostic work.
• Assist senior technicians with more advanced repairs and diagnostics.
• Document repair procedures and recommendations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Deliver quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.

Dealership: L0051 Camp Chevrolet Camp Chevrolet Hiring: GM Technician-Class C Pay: $24-$31 flat rate Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: Monday-Friday 7 am to 6 pm, 8 am to 5 pm Saturday, closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in Spokane WA and reports to the Service Manager.

Total Rewards Flat rate pay range for this role is $24-$31 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
