Job summary

CDJR of Temecula is hiring Experienced Service Technicians to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and maintenance using dealer-grade tools and information.

Qualified candidates bring 4+ years with Chrysler brands, 2+ years of diagnostic experience, ASE and CDJR certifications, and a valid driver's license. This is a flat-rate role with strong incentive potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat.
• 2+ years of experience with diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• CDJR Certifications ASE Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information.
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct multi-point inspections.
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation.
• You will receive direction and report to the service manager.

Pay: $30-$65 Flat Rate DOE

Schedule: Schedule TBD; Open availability to work any day/shift

Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm; Saturday: 8am-4pm

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance
• Use advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately

• You'll be receiving direction and reporting to the service manager.

What You'll Bring

• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The flat rate pay range for this position is $30.00 – $65.00 actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, skills, job-knowledge, and location.
