Job summary

Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to support Service Technicians on customer calls while learning the trade. The role emphasizes courtesy, respect, and professionalism with the goal of building real plumbing knowledge.

Reports directly to the Service Manager. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and is willing to learn about plumbing products and local codes. Must be able to stand, lift, and work outdoors in heat or rain, and communicate clearly in

• 1–2 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn plumbing products and local codes.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Able to stand, stoop, lift from the floor, work ladders, and work outdoors in heat or rain.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Technicians on service calls and installations.
• Learn diagnosis, repair, and installation practices to company standards.
• Help maintain vehicles, tools, and job-site cleanliness.
• Communicate status with the Service Manager and team.
• Represent Kyle Plumbing professionally in appearance and conduct.
