Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Service Technician to join The Brentwood and The Grove Brentwood. You’ll perform maintenance, respond to service requests, and help with unit turns to keep properties running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA or HVAC certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
