Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is hiring a Service Technician for The Cumberland in Marietta, GA. You’ll work with onsite teams to handle service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best.

The role offers top pay for top talent, on-call rotation, and opportunities to grow within a resident-focused team. A $1,000 signing bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA or HVAC certification
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Great communication and customer service mindset.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)

Responsibilities
