Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Floating Service Technician to travel between Atlanta multifamily communities, performing HVAC service and maintenance tasks. You will support onsite teams, handle service requests and unit turns, and bring your HVAC certification to every assignment.

You’ll work side by side with onsite teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best—all while being recognized for your expertise. While we may not have an immediate opening available, we're continually building relationships with maintenance professionals who take pride in their work and are ready to contribute when opportunities arise.
