Lion Real Estate Group is seeking skilled Service Technicians for future multifamily maintenance opportunities in the Los Angeles area. This network-focused role connects you with upcoming openings to support residents and keep community assets in top condition.

Ideal candidates have apartment or facilities maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA certification, and a dedication to safety and service.

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance repairs.
• EPA Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical components, appliances, and general building systems.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready preparations.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help maintain community assets.
• Support emergency maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Help maintain the overall appearance, safety, and curb appeal of the community.
• Work closely with residents and team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or general maintenance repairs
• EPA Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality work
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
