Job summary

Stream-Flo USA LLC is seeking a field service professional in Alaska to assemble, test, and repair wellhead equipment. You will prepare field service tickets, manage spare parts, and maintain strong customer relationships on site.

The role requires 5 years of relevant field experience, NSTC training, and a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation and on-call availability to support customer needs.

Qualifications

• NSTC Training Certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and test equipment, performing troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets/job reports and other administrative forms as required.
• Maintain inventory levels of spare parts for service and rental tools.
• Promote and perform any field service-oriented sales and maintain a confident customer relationship for the company.
• Must be receptive to and able to comprehend training received on new related processes.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader in every aspect while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with customer on location.
• Install and/or remove equipment in accordance with applicable technical procedures.
• Must be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Excellent operational and maintenance knowledge of Wellhead equipment.
• 5 years of relevant field experience
• NSTC Training Certificate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• This is a rotation position of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off; must be available to travel to support company and customer needs as required.
