Job summary

Stream-Flo is seeking a Field Service Technician in the United States, TX region to install and maintain wellhead equipment while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires safe operations, accurate reporting, and the ability to work independently on site.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years in wellhead services, strong mechanical aptitude, and a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wellhead services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service oriented with strong customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing tasks.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test and paint wellhead assemblies
