Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries in Cheyenne, WY, is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and test wellhead equipment, delivering excellent service on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wellhead equipment and provide excellent customer service on-site.
• Experience with lubricators, torque and test, and well completions.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation.
• Maintain the service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and lead safety on-site.
• Assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Key Position Functions Include

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Experience with lubricators, torque and test, and well completions.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
