Jiffy Lube in Jacksonville, NC is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident about their vehicle safety. No automotive experience is required—training is provided as you perform maintenance and inspections with a fully cross-trained team.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, learn on the job, and participate in on-site and online training. Strong emphasis on safety, service, and growth opportunities.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high‑energy, reliable, customer‑focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is your chance to build a long‑term career -- no experience required!

Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver's License (strongly preferred)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
