Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Apache Junction, AZ. No automotive experience is required; we train you to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service with a safety-first mindset.

You will be cross-trained to provide oil changes, basic maintenance, and multi-point inspections while maintaining records and upholding OSHA and company standards. Driver's license preferred and opportunities for growth are highlighted.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do
