Job summary

Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. No automotive experience required—we train you on maintenance, inspections, and customer service. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required.

You’ll be fully cross‑trained to support our customers and operations on site. You’ll perform oil changes, routine maintenance, and multi‑point inspections, while following safety guidelines and documenting records.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on‑site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
