Job summary

Jiffy Lube seeks a Service Technician in Virginia Beach to support vehicle maintenance and customer service. No automotive experience is required as training is provided; this role focuses on safety and quality work in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll perform oil changes, inspections, and basic maintenance while building customer trust and following manufacturer guidelines. Growth opportunities and training are available in a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Driver's License is strongly preferred but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
