Jiffy Lube in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Service Technician. No automotive experience required; we train and certify you to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required.

You will help customers feel confident in vehicle safety, cross-train across maintenance tasks, and participate in training programs while contributing to a clean, safe shop and excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do
