Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician to join our high-energy team in Goodlettsville, TN. No automotive experience is required—we train and promote from within.

You’ll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, inspections, and customer service, while learning manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Strong communication, reliability, and a growth mindset will help you advance through paid training and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to build a long-term career - no experience required!

A Driver’s License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any level of automotive experience
• Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
