Job summary

Big Tex Trailer World in Martinez, CA is seeking a General Laborer to organize the outdoor trailer and parts areas, unload freight, assemble trailers, and assist with service and maintenance.

You will provide customer service to support store sales, maintain the lot appearance, and help with opening/closing and daily housekeeping. Valid driver's license and a GED are required; Monday–Saturday availability with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable and capable of performing physical tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailers.
• Park and move trailers.
• Wash and prepare trailers for delivery.
• Help customers hook-up trailers. Perform visual safety inspection (lights, safety chain, decking, etc.)
• Maintain lot including mowing, weed removal, snow removal, picking up trash, installing exterior signs/banners/flags.
• Receive and stock trailers, parts, and supplies.
• Support Service Technicians as needed.
• Support opening and closing of the store as directed.
• Clean and organize store and support areas as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
