Job summary

Big Tex Trailer World in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an experienced General Laborer to join our trailer lot and service team. You will help assemble trailers, unload freight, maintain outdoor areas, and assist service technicians as needed to support store sales and delivery readiness.

Responsibilities include packaging trailers for delivery, keeping the lot clean and organized, and providing excellent customer service to shoppers and technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be available to work Monday - Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble trailers.
• Park and move trailers.
• Wash and prepare trailers for delivery.
• Help customers hook-up trailers. Perform visual safety inspection (lights, safety chain, decking, etc.).
• Maintain lot including mowing, weed removal, snow removal, picking up trash, installing exterior signs, banners, or flags.
• Receive and stock trailers, parts, and supplies.
• Support Service Technicians as needed.
• Support opening and closing of the store as directed.
• Clean and organize store and support areas as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

The General Laborer is responsible for the organization and presentation of the outdoor trailer and product areas. Maintains the appearance of the lot, unloads, receives freight. Assembles trailers and assists with service and maintenance duties as directed. Provides customer service in support of store sales and service activities.
