L0252 Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla is hiring Service Technicians at $40.00 - $55.00 per Flat Rate Hour, with a $5,000 bonus paid out over 12 months depending on experience. Used Car Technicians earn $25.00 - $35.00 per Flat Rate Hour and receive a 90-day guarantee!

We require open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician
• ASE certifications — we'll support you in earning more
• Commitment to high-quality repairs
• A team player
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs
• Lead junior technicians when needed
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required factory training
