Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic Service Technician to join our field team. You will install new equipment at client locations, educate customers on operation, and perform minor repairs to vending and merchandizing machines.

You will build strong client relationships, order parts as needed, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure reliable service. A valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and ability to lift heavy equipment are required; AVI offers comprehensive benefits and a

• Must be 21+ and eligible to operate a company vehicle.
• Experience repairing automated vending or small appliances preferred.
• Able to pass DOT Physical.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication with team and customers.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the repair of automated vending and merchandising equipment or small appliances preferred
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Technical ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and make appropriate repairs
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and customers
• Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed
