Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Service Technician to install and support vending and merchandising equipment at client locations. You will educate clients on operation and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliable function.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical/technical aptitude, safe driving, and building solid customer relationships, with opportunities for growth within a team-focused company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
• Experience in repair of automated vending equipment or small appliances preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Valid Driver's License (CDL not required) and a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the repair of automated vending and merchandising equipment or small appliances preferred
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Technical ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and make appropriate repairsExcellent interpersonal skills for communicating with team members and customers
• Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when needed
