Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers. You will troubleshoot systems, perform installations with hand and power tools, assess customer needs, and communicate professionally while upholding safety and quality workmanship in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in garage doors, construction, electrical, HVAC, or related trades.
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform outdoor tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and dedicated to quality workmanship.
• Comfortable with face-to-face interactions and upselling.

Key Responsibilities
