POSITION SUMMARY:
The position of Field Service Rep will report to the Field Sales Representative responsible for the specific customer(s). The Field Service Rep will be responsible for visiting customers to confirm inventory levels are appropriate for jobs being performed, that products are installed using best practice mentality to ensure optimal product life is achieved, and to communicate results to the Field Sales Rep and Technical Staff.
