Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic sales consultant to visit homeowners in their residences and present replacement window and door options. You will use proven sales methods, build rapport, and close deals with support from industry-leading samples and tools.

This full-time role offers pre-set leads, paid training, and an average income of $150,000–$200,000 per year with weekly pay and a growth path within a top-rated employer known for internal promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience.
• Prior experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in homes to consult and identify best-fitting window/door options.
• Use sales methodology to build rapport and offer replacement services.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience from start to finish.
• Leverage product samples, support, and technology to close sales.

Responsibilities

• You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
• You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
• You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
• You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.
• Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
• Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
• A proven track record of closing sales
• Self-motivation and results orientation
• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
• A healthy sense of competition—tempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
