Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a full-time HVAC/refrigeration technician in Tampa, FL to service and repair commercial restaurant equipment and HVAC systems. Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience, strong diagnostic skills, and relevant licenses (EPA/CFESA).

Background checks and drug screening are required. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing hot-side equipment, rooftop units, and ice machines, with emphasis on independent work and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and repair.
• 3–5 years in restaurant equipment service and repair (Hot-Side).
• Ability to diagnose, service and repair commercial restaurant equipment (electric & gas).
• Experience servicing light commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment incl. rooftops and split systems.
• Repair of ice machines, coolers, chillers and freezers.
• EPA and CFESA certifications preferred.
• Commercial kitchen equipment repair experience (Hot-Side).
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and work independently.

This is a full-time position. Any job offers contingent on a clean MVR, drug test & criminal background check. Pay depends on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial HVAC / Refrigeration Service and repair experience is required


• A minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant equipment service and repair is required. (Hot-Side)


• Ability to fully diagnose, service and repair commercial restaurant equipment (electric & gas)


• Ability to service repair Light Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration equipment, roof-top units, spilt systems, package units


• Ability to service ice machines, coolers / chillers & freezers


• Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (EPA, CFESA)


• Commercial refrigeration and gas & electric commercial kitchen equipment repair experience (Hot-Side)


• Self-motivated with the proven ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Motivated with the proven ability prioritize and work independently with minimal direct supervision.


• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds;


• Ability to work with moving mechanical parts, pressurized steam equipment, open flames, heated surfaces, liquids, and risk of electrical shock, humid, or freezing conditions.


• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, tight spaces and in rare cases, high precarious places.
