Job summary

Bridges System Integration (Bridges SI) seeks a dedicated Service Team Member to support integrated AV systems at customer sites, perform maintenance, and manage hardware/software updates. You will read and interpret system flow drawings. The ideal candidate will show initiative, vision, and a strong teamwork commitment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing AV issues, system testing, and user training, with CTS certification preferred and experience in AV/VTC installations.

Qualifications

• Seven years or more of combined experience in System Integration, AV / VTC Installation, or site support.
• CTS certification preferred (or equivalent).
• Completed industry training classes from AMX, Crestron, Barco, Biamp, Extron or QSC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose/resolve AV hardware & software issues.
• Perform system tests, QA, and site surveys.
• Support/operate AV & VTC equipment; train users.
• Complete AV/IT terminations & basic network setup.
• Connect/configure devices via IP/serial; load/adjust DSP and control files.
• Audio system setup; advanced video alignment.
• Able to read and comprehend drawings, diagrams, and system flows.
• Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting of installed AV systems.
• Conduct end-user training of equipment functionality and system usage.
