Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team at the Springs at St. Charles residential apartment community in St. Charles, IL.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, address residents' needs, and assist in maintaining facility operations. You will report to the Service Supervisor.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Pay: $18-$23/hour

Responsibilities:

• Prepare apartments for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Support the Service Supervisor directly

Skills Needed:

• Experience in manual labor or related fields
• Ability to work overtime, on call, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to perform repairs, use tools, climb ladders, lift 25-50 pounds, and operate technology like computers and tablets
