Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field service, electronics repair, or a related technical role preferred
• ServiceNow knowledge preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical or vocational training a plus
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and basic software (Windows, iOS, Android)
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to meet background and drug screening requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift or move up to 150 lbs. with assistance or proper equipment
• Willingness to drive long distances (150+ miles per day) and work in varied environments including retail, warehouse, and outdoor settings
• Regular use of a company vehicle for field service duties
