We are looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE & Ford certification. Responsibilities include performing work on repair orders and diagnosing repairs needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with Service Advisors about additional repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification preferred.
• Prior Ford experience and B level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair are preferred.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and electronic diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
