Job summary

Entegee is seeking a Service Technician to provide on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for welding and material-handling automation equipment at customer facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical schematics.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% (overnight travel required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly in varied plant environments.

Job description

Preferred:

• Experience with welding or material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and basic control logic.
• Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley control systems.
• Knowledge of robotic equipment and automation systems.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and P&ID diagrams.
• Certification in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanical technology.
• Experience with SCADA or HMI systems.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and weldment assembly.
• Previous customer service or field service experience.
