Thalhimer is seeking a Service Technician for Fox Rest Apartments in Richmond, VA. This full-time role focuses on maintaining the Fox Rest property, handling work orders, turnovers, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, common areas, and pool areas.

You will work with a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, provide excellent resident service, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in residential communities.
• CFC and HVAC certifications required.
• Strong plumbing and electrical systems knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• Customer service orientation and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Completing apartment work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Performing repairs and preventative maintenance for HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Assisting with the upkeep of common areas, property buildings, and pool maintenance.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service in all interactions with residents and staff.
• Working with the team to ensure all maintenance tasks are handled efficiently and professionally.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Managing daily checklists, occasional tasks, and troubleshooting unexpected issues.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a residential community or similar field
• CFC and HVAC certifications are required
• Strong background in plumbing, electrical systems, and general apartment maintenance
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties if needed
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hands-on work
