Kaizen Lab Inc. in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, repair, and present good/better/best solutions to clients. You will install parts, test systems, and ensure quality on every job.

You must have 2+ years HVAC experience, knowledge of local codes, a clean driving record, and strong technical and customer-focused skills. We offer a home-traveled van, benefits, and growth opportunities.

• 2+ years HVAC experience required.
• Knowledge of local codes and ability to make on‑the‑job decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).
• Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in various climates and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems.
• Present good/better/best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad.
• Install parts, repair gas lines, perform leak testing, brazing, pipe threading, pressing and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
• Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.

What You’ll Do:

• Install parts, repair gas lines, perform leak testing, Brazing, pipe threading, pressing and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
• Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.
