Kaizen Lab Inc. in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to install, diagnose, and repair systems, with emphasis on quality and safety.

You will present options to customers using a company-provided iPad, maintain a clean van and job site, and build trust to ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).
• Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in various climates and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems as per experience.
• Present good/better/best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad.
• Install IAQ, furnaces, AC units and related HVAC components; repair gas/water lines; test leaks; soldering; threading; pressing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
• Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, Diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems. Depending on experience.
• Present good/better/best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad. Only if doing sales too.
• Install IAQ, Furnaces, AC units & everything related to HVAC systems. Repair/Install gas and water lines, perform leak testing, soldering, pipe threading, pressing and more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
• Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (required).
• Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
