Expected pay for this position is $18.80 - $22.12/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Service Technician repairs, delivers, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) from people in the community. The Service Technician promotes good will with patients and caregivers while in the home. Upon delivery, the Service Technician instructs the patients and/or caregivers on the use of the equipment, including troubleshooting, assessing for safety concerns, answering questions, and providing feedback as needed.
