Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Tallahassee area is seeking an Installation Process Manager to supervise installation crews from start to finish, ensure precise measurements, safe installations, and outstanding homeowner satisfaction.

You will work with subcontractors and installers, coordinate scheduling, uphold building codes, lead safety initiatives, and drive margin and revenue goals while maintaining a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of window/door installation experience.
• At least 1 year of conducting technical measures required for installation.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience and conflict resolution skills.
• At least 2 years of construction/home improvement industry experience.
• Prior managerial/leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Basic financial knowledge (i.e., P&L statements).

Responsibilities

• Perform precise measurements and determine installation methods for replacement windows and doors.
• Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation concerns, overseeing installation personnel.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met and lead safety initiatives.
• Drive homeowner satisfaction by coaching teams on technical skills and customer service; conduct site visits to audit quality.
• Supervise installation associates, including performance planning, communication, and issue resolution.
• Manage independent contractors, including selection, contracting, and training.
• Ensure installation timelines are met by maintaining a skilled workforce and recruiting.
• Achieve margin and revenue goals by optimizing workforce capacity and using outsourced labor when appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 1yr of Window/Door Installation Experience
• At least 1yr of Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation
• At least 1yr of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
• At least 2yrs of Construction/Home Improvement Industry Experience
• Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
