Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Senior Service Technician for our 192-unit community in Maryland. You will handle day-to-day repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and service tickets to keep the property in top condition.

This role offers on-site housing options with up to 50% rent discount, renewal commissions shared with the property team, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and 401(k). Weekday schedule with on-call pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Residence within 30 minutes of the property
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus

We're hiring a Senior Service Technician for our 192-unit community, and we're interviewing this week.

What you'll earn

• $23-$28/hour, based on experienceMontgomery Trace
• Up to 50% off rent if you want to live on-site
• Renewal commissions shared with the property team
• $300 every quarter through our Morgan Essentials stipend
• $15/day on-call pay (rotating, and always paid)

Schedule
