Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 181-unit community. Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, respond to service tickets, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call. Eligible employees receive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and a generous time-off policy.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliances.
• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top condition.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get issues fixed right.
