Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician to perform day-to-day repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances at our North Carolina communities. You will manage service tickets and keep properties in top condition.

Wages start at $23-$25/hour based on experience, with on-site housing discount up to 50%, quarterly stipends, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with paid on-call time.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (or equivalent training or education).
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus.
