Job summary

Zest Technical Solutions is seeking an on-site UPS Technician in New Jersey to install, maintain and repair UPS systems for mission-critical power reliability. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and work with a technical team to meet client challenges with a customer-first approach.

Ideal candidates have UPS field service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

We're recruiting for a family-owned, full-service UPS provider that has been operating since 2013, headquartered in New Jersey. They work on major UPS brands including APC, Eaton and Vertiv, and are known for flexibility and a customer-first approach.

The role

Install, maintain and repair UPS systems, carry out preventive maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues and give customers excellent service on site. You'll work with the wider technical team on client-specific challenges and keep mission-critical power reliable.

What you'll bring

• UPS field service and preventive maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Comfortable working independently or in a team
• Knowledge of multiple UPS brands and systems (preferred)
• Electrical or engineering credentials (advantageous)
• Able to do physical on-site work and flex your schedule
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
