Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Field Service Engineer to operate in the New Jersey area, installing, maintaining, and repairing UPS systems for our clients. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outstanding customer service while coordinating with the technical team to ensure system reliability.

The role requires on-site work in Central or Northern NJ with a focus on flexibility in scheduling and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience with UPS field service and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Electrical or engineering credentials or certifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of various UPS brands and systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform on-site physical tasks and work flexible schedules.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Role Description

• This is a full-time Field Service Engineer role based in the New Jersey area.
• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for:
