White-Recruitment is recruiting a UPS Field Service Engineer to support customers across the New Jersey area. You will install, service, maintain and repair UPS systems, delivering high standards of technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities include servicing UPS systems, preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, installing and commissioning equipment, completing service reports, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to keep systems reliable.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and maintaining UPS systems.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of multiple UPS brands is preferred.
• Electrical or engineering qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Arrangement: Field-based

A growing critical power specialist is looking to recruit a UPS Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Baltimore area.

You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing uninterruptible power supply systems, while providing a high standard of technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair UPS systems

Carry out preventative maintenance and inspections

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and technical faults

Install and commission UPS equipment

Complete service reports and technical documentation

Work closely with customers and internal technical teams

Ensure systems remain reliable and fully operational

Requirements

Experience servicing and maintaining UPS systems

Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Knowledge of multiple UPS brands is preferred

Electrical or engineering qualifications are advantageous

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently across customer sites

Valid driver's licence and clean driving record

Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required
