Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Littleton, NH team. You will perform propane service, tank installation, leak detection, and customer-facing support, including on-call rotations and emergencies.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, CDL A/B (or willingness to obtain in year one), and NH Gas Fitter's License. Hazmat/Tanker endorsement is preferred, with 2–3 years propane/oil service and HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B or willingness to obtain within first year.
• NH Gas Fitter's License required.
• Hazmat/Tanker endorsement preferred.
• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service; HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Identify and correct leaks from tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed.
• Rotate on-call status during evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prepare spare tanks for service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Propane service and tank installation.
• Able to identify and correct any leaks from the tank to equipment connection.
• Respond to customer emergencies as needed
• Rotate "on call" status during evenings and weekends as needed
• Perform tank maintenance spare tanks located in the plants in preparation for putting them in service.
• Complete tank inspections and repairs at customer locations.
• Consistently communicate proactively with the Service Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary

What you bring:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• CDL Class A or B or willingness to obtain within first year of employment in the position
• Hazmat/ Tanker endorsement preferred
• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred; HVAC
• NH Gas Fitter's License required
