Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Basic Requirements
  • Understanding of healthy crawl spaces and supporting mechanics
  • Ability to perform physical tasks like heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Physical capability to navigate confined crawl spaces
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in crawl space or basement waterproofing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in construction or manual labor roles
  • Experience working in confined spaces
Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties include maintaining crawl space projects and mechanics such as dehumidifiers, sump pumps, structural supports, and drain systems. You will install waterproofing solutions under the supervision of the Crew Chief or Production Manager, follow company procedures, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Responsible for delivering and removing equipment, representing the company professionally, completing projects efficiently, and communicating effectively with team members and customers.
